Season Pit Leasers -2024-2025 Season Leasing Program

 

We are taking deposits in November 2024 to be in our 2024-25 Pit  Lease  program . These will go fast! (normally done by January)

 

You will be guaranteed a lease and will have our available locations list to pick from for the 2024-25 season coming this March. 

 

Deposit required to ensure you are serious.

We require a $1,500 deposit to get our our list for the 24-25 season  . Deposits can be done NOWto get on our list and counts towards your lease .

 

Pick Dates:

March 20th we will send you a list of the available leases. ALL our leases are by the Cache River or Claypool Reservoir.  All kill 350-600 ducks annually and have guaranteed water . At that time, the rest of your 50% deposit will be due (Minus your $1500 credited ). Nothing more will be due until Sept 1 for the final 50% balance.

 

Pit sizes:

All pits hold 5 guys at the minimum. Some can hold 6-7. The bigger the blind the more it can hold so it will be slightly  more.

 

Pricing:

Price varies on pit size and cost to flood.

Lease prices range from $9,000-$15,000 on average depending on pit size and cost to flood .

 

 Locations :

All leases are near the towns of : Cash, Amagon , Grubbs, Harrisburg , Otwell , and Weiner.
